Return & Refund Policy — HAK’s Shop by Hawa’s Artisan Kitchen
We offer a hassle-free return on any unopened, unexpired items in good condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us first at info@haksworld.com before shipping your product.
1) Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be in resellable condition.
If your return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
2) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following products are a final sale (unless defective):
- Tea or accessories sold on sale
- Sale items
- Gift cards
These products are not eligible for a refund unless there is a quality issue.
3) Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
