Domestic & International Shipping
We work with secure and reliable local and international courier service partners based in Malaysia to handle all deliveries — both domestic and international. Every order is packed with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Large Orders
For bulk or large-volume orders, please note that additional processing or shipping time may be required. We will contact you if any delay is expected.

Delivery Times
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, shipping times cannot be guaranteed, especially during periods of limited logistics capacity such as post–Covid-19 disruptions or reduced flight frequencies. Delivery speed varies depending on your location and courier network availability.

Tracking & Delays
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available) via email. Please note that actual delivery schedules are at the courier company’s discretion and beyond our direct control.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@haksworld.com. We will liaise with the courier service to assist in locating your parcel and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
