We buy fresh daily from local markets and work with nearby farmers and fishermen. This keeps our food honest, reduces waste, and supports local food culture.
Allergies? We accommodate vegetarian, vegan or known allergies with notice. However, traces of allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood) may still be present.
