Watch nature perform a little magic — this blue lemongrass tea turns purple with a squeeze of lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 pot water
- 2 tsp HAK’s Butterfly Blue Pea Powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp white sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- 2–3 stalks lemongrass, bruised
Instructions
- Simmer lemongrass, sugar and blue pea powder 20–30 min.
- Strain and cool.
- Serve over ice with lemon juice for the colour-change effect.
