Moringa White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Buttery cookies with a green twist — a perfect balance of sweet white chocolate and the earthy tones of HAK’s Moringa.

Ingredients

  • 400 g multipurpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 227 g unsalted butter
  • 20 g HAK’s Moringa Powder
  • 60 g white sugar
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C; line baking trays.
  2. Brown butter; cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in sugars, then eggs and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and moringa; fold in.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  6. Rest dough 30 min (room temp or chilled).
  7. Scoop 1.5 oz portions with spacing.
  8. Bake 9–11 min; cool before serving.
