Ingredients
- 400 g multipurpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 227 g unsalted butter
- 20 g HAK’s Moringa Powder
- 60 g white sugar
- 130 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C; line baking trays.
- Brown butter; cool slightly.
- Whisk in sugars, then eggs and vanilla until creamy.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and moringa; fold in.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Rest dough 30 min (room temp or chilled).
- Scoop 1.5 oz portions with spacing.
- Bake 9–11 min; cool before serving.
