A subtle blend of warmth and fragrance — rice infused with Kampung Ginger and Moringa for a naturally aromatic side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 tsp HAK’s Kampung Ginger Powder
- 2 tsp HAK’s Moringa Powder
- 2 tsp mushroom seasoning or salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Optional: pandan leaves
Instructions
- Rinse rice and drain.
- Heat oil; add pandan if using.
- Stir in rice to coat.
- Add moringa and ginger powder; mix well.
- Add water and seasoning, cover.
- Once boiling, stir, reduce to low, cover and cook 10–15 min.
- Fluff and serve.
