Moringa + Kampung Ginger Powder Herbed Rice

A subtle blend of warmth and fragrance — rice infused with Kampung Ginger and Moringa for a naturally aromatic side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 tsp HAK’s Kampung Ginger Powder
  • 2 tsp HAK’s Moringa Powder
  • 2 tsp mushroom seasoning or salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Optional: pandan leaves

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice and drain.
  2. Heat oil; add pandan if using.
  3. Stir in rice to coat.
  4. Add moringa and ginger powder; mix well.
  5. Add water and seasoning, cover.
  6. Once boiling, stir, reduce to low, cover and cook 10–15 min.
  7. Fluff and serve.
